Special tickets in WeChat card and coupon development

After the special ticket is successfully created in WeChat card and coupon development. When updating ticket information, it keeps saying the code is illegal.
In the official document, I don’t see where to get the code from the process. If it’s a custom code, I should be able to pass it on directly. It should be fine.
