cmd executes php file
You can directly specify php.exe to execute php files in any directory.
Second method: Configure environment variables.
Environment Variables->System Variables->Path, click New, C:wampbinphpphp5.5.12 (the directory where my php.exe is located), and confirm to save. In order to load the configured variables, you need to open a new window and execute php.exe a.php (php file path).
