The previous installation should not be a big problem. Just click "Install-Next-next..." along the way. Here are some things to note:

(1) Selection of AppServ installation path. Users can choose which disk to install on, or use the default installation location.

(2) When filling in the server information, you need to pay attention to the computer name filled in the Server Name; the user’s email address filled in the Administrator Email Address; the most important thing is the Apache HTTP Port, which sets the port of the server. By default, 80 is used, and readers can also change the port number.

Note: If the user uses the default port 80, they must make sure that port 80 on the local machine is not occupied. If IIS has been installed on the user's machine, port 80 is occupied by IIS, and port 80 can no longer be used when installing AppServ. It is recommended that users use the default port 80 when installing AppServ. If IIS occupies port 80, the user can change the IIS port to 82 or other. Of course, if you don’t want to modify the IIS port, you can also directly modify the AppServ default port 80 to another one.

(3) In the settings of the MySQL database, attention should be paid to the password and character set settings of the MySQL database. The password set here is what the user needs to use when accessing the database through phpMyAdmin in the future, so the user should remember the password set. At the same time, this password is also the password used in the program to connect to the database. As for the encoding format, it is recommended that users use GB2312 Simplified Chinese, which is Simplified Chinese.

The above introduces the installation precautions of Appserv, including the content. I hope it will be helpful to friends who are interested in PHP tutorials.
