和 prettier-atom 冲突时怎么分工

哪怕只写三行，也得过这几道硬门槛，否则插件静默失败。

第一行必须是 root = true，否则 Atom 会继续向上遍历父目录找其他 .editorconfig，导致规则被意外覆盖
indent_size = 2 是数字，不是字符串：indent_size = "2" 会解析失败
