[PHP] Process_PHP Tutorial

Recently I wrote a program to monitor online processes.
The purpose is to monitor in real time whether the execution program is disconnected and restart it in time.
Written in PHP, it’s not difficult, it’s manageable, but it’s quite a sense of accomplishment for me.
