vscode中mongoose需手动创建索引并配置慢查询监控：索引须在模型定义后、启动前调用createindexes()；慢查询需启用slowquerythreshold和debug；explain结果需正确展开并验证权限与字段路径。
VSCode 里写 mongoose.connect() 不会自动帮你建索引、也不会输出慢查询日志——索引和监控必须手动配，而且得在连接后、模型定义前做，否则无效。
mongoose.connect() 后必须显式调用 ensureIndex 或 createIndexes
Mongoose 默认不自动创建索引，哪怕你在 Schema 里写了 index: true。只声明不生效，得靠主动触发。

如何在 VSCode 调试中捕获慢查询（>100ms）
Mongoose 自带 slowQueryThreshold 配置，但默认关闭，且只对 find/update/remove 等操作生效，不覆盖 aggregate 或 raw 操作。
- 启用方式：在
mongoose.connect()的 options 里加slowQueryThreshold: 100（单位毫秒） - 日志输出到
console.warn，不是console.log，容易被忽略 - 仅当
mongoose.set('debug', true)开启时才打印完整查询语句，否则只报“slow query” - VSCode 终端里若用了过滤器（比如只显示 error），会漏掉 warn 级别日志

想在插件或调试中看 explain() 输出，常见卡点不在语法，而在上下文和权限。

Model.find().explain('executionStats')返回的是 Promise，不是原始 BSON 对象；直接console.log()会看到[Object]，要用util.inspect(res, { depth: 5 })展开 - VSCode MongoDB 插件不支持 explain 命令，只能在代码里跑；插件里写的
{ $explain: 'executionStats' }是非法语法，会报 Unexpected token - 本地 mongod 若启用了认证，但连接用户没被授予

索引失效的隐蔽原因：大小写、字段路径、嵌套层级
你写了 { email: 1 } 索引，但查询用 { 'profile.email': 1 }，或者字段名是 emailAddress 却查 email —— 这些都不会命中索引，且 Mongoose 不报错、不警告。
- Schema 定义字段名（
email）和实际存入文档的 key（emailAddress）不一致时，索引无效 - 嵌套字段索引必须用完整路径，如
{ 'address.city': 1 }，不能只写{ city: 1 } - 复合索引顺序敏感：
{ status: 1, createdAt: -1 }支持status === 'active'查询，但不支持只查createdAt > Date() - VSCode 里用插件查看集合结构时，右键“View Document”看到的字段名，才是真实字段名，不是 Schema 里的 alias
最稳妥的验证方式：在代码里对查询链加 .explain()，检查 executionStats.executionStages.stage 是否为 IXSCAN，而不是 COLLSCAN。
