Home >Backend Development >PHP Tutorial >WampServer modify port and menu Localhost, _PHP tutorial
1. Select Apache in the interface, the hidden menu option will pop up, and open the configuration file httpd.conf;
2. Find Listen 80;
3. Change 80 to 8080 (of course you can also set other unused ports);
4. Save and wait until the Wamp service is restarted.
1. Open the wampmanager.tpl file in the wamp directory
2. Find
Parameters: "http://localhost/"; Glyph: 5
Parameters: "http://localhost/phpmyadmin/"; Glyph: 5
3. Change to
Parameters: http://localhost:8080/; Glyph: 5
Parameters: "http://localhost:8080/phpmyadmin/"; Glyph: 5
After making the changes, you need to exit Wamp and reopen the startup configuration to take effect. If I start to restart the service directly, it will be useless.
1. Enter the phpmyadmin folder under Wamp/apps under the installation drive
2. Open the config.inc file
3. Find
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['user'] = 'root';
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = 'Fill in your password here';
4. Modify your password and save it.
When you enter for example http://localhost, Apache will open the index.html file by default. If you want to modify the homepage file or add a homepage file, open httpd.conf and find the DirectoryIndex index. html, just modify index.html to the file name you want, such as test.php. If you want to add multiple homepage files, you can separate them with spaces. The order of the files is the priority of reading the homepage files. Restart the Apache service after modification!
