Day01-----Usage of smarty
Function: Separate php html, program and artist
Usage:
1. Download the source code package

3. Instantiation

Cache
Data in the database is cached.
Benefits: Reduces the pressure on the mysql server
1. Specify the storage directory for cache files

2. Enable caching

3. Specify the cache life cycle.
$smartyOb->cache_lifetime=100;//seconds
