根本原因是npm/yarn依赖git命令访问ghe私有仓库，但未配置git凭据管理器（https需pat、ssh需ssh-agent），且vscode终端未继承shell凭据环境；须按系统配置凭据助手或ssh密钥并验证git ls-remote是否成功。
VSCode 中执行 npm install 或 yarn install 时，若依赖项指向 GitHub Enterprise（GHE）私有仓库（如 git+https://ghe.example.com/org/repo.git），却报 401 Unauthorized、404 Not Found 或卡在 fetchMetadata，根本原因不是 VSCode 本身，而是 Node 包管理器无法通过认证访问 GHE —— 它默认不读取 Git 凭据或 SSH 密钥，也不自动携带 OAuth Token。
为什么 npm/yarn 拉不到 GHE 私有依赖
Node 包管理器解析 git+https:// 类型依赖时，会直接调用 git 命令克隆，但：

别混用协议与凭据类型：
- 用 HTTPS + PAT → 依赖写成

https://user:token@ghe.example.com/...—— npm 会把 token 暴露在日志和package-lock.json中 - 如果 GHE 启用了 2FA，PAT 必须勾选
read:packages和write:packages（若涉及发布）
最常被忽略的是：VSCode 终端启动时可能没加载 shell 的 profile（比如没执行 ~/.zshrc），导致 ssh-agent 环境变量丢失或 git credential 配置未生效。遇到问题先关掉所有 VSCode 窗口，彻底退出进程，再重新打开终端验证 git 命令是否通，比反复 npm install 更快定位根因。
