Lazy person’s request: Is there any visual page development tool that supports CSS files? _html/css_WEB-ITnose

I have never made a serious web page. I used to use an editor to read html and css, and then use a browser to debug.
Today I suddenly realized that this is too tiring. If the page is complex and the initial code is not made by yourself, you have to use your imagination to think of the page from HTML.

Is there any tool that can enable WYSIWYG? I have heard of dreamwaver before, but it seems that the css edited by that tool is written directly in the html code, which will cause confusion in the code. If you want to keep all CSS in a single file, there are only classes and ids in the html, and it can also be visualized. For example, if you select a div in the code, the position will be reflected in the view.

Just use the browser and modify it directly in the debugging panel of the browser. After modifying one, just modify it into the css file, and then modify the other one. How good, at least you can write code. There will be no compatibility issues with browsers.

IE browser is not good, that debugging tool is too crap
