Add compatibility code in the head to force compatibility

Higher version browsers are always easy to deal with, but IE678 is difficult to deal with. My X-UA- Compatible has always been IE=edge, hoping to render with the highest version of IE.

In addition, IE10 personal test pictures can be displayed, I don’t know if LZ’s code is incomplete.
