在html中，想要居中，必须声明：HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "
http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">，然后在css中使margin-left的值和margin-right的值相等就可以解决居中的问题了。
