Problems with folder permission settings in the website directory_html/css_WEB-ITnose

The client has permission to access all folders and files under the root directory of my website. I now want to expose a folder called TEST and the files in it to allow visitors to access other folders and files. .Visitors do not have permission to access... How to set it up?
I am using WINDOWS XP SP3.. Then I am using the AppServ integrated environment... The root directory is in C:AppServwww
Apache is 2.2 .8 version
PHP is 5.2.6
MySQL is 5.0.51b
PHPmyAdmin is 2.10.3

Just give the test folder read and write permissions.

How to set up other folders?..My current problem is that other folders can be accessed.
I have found a way...that is, httpd on the Apche server Add
Order Allow,Deny
to the .conf configuration file.. 403 Forbidden can be generated.
