Form 标签action属性问题_html/css_WEB-ITnose

问一个问题，在html超文本格式中，Form表单标签的action属性内容书上说是表单提交的处理、跳转页面，我填了一个hello页面物理路径在里面，为什么提交后没反应，是不是提交后不会跳转到我填的页面啊，谢谢。

看action返回的是什么
我不太懂，返回什么，我填的是一个网页的地址，难道提交后不会跳转到那个网页吗？

我在另一个浏览器上实现了，可这个浏览器设置了什么，没有表单提交程序的回应，是IE9，打开时还得允许阻止的javascript和activex的控件
