NPG page development for Telecom IPTV_html/css_WEB-ITnose

I am currently developing the npg page for Telecom IPTV, and I have encountered several problems. Please help me solve them.
1. The a tag on the page will all have a yellow border after being run on the set-top box. How to solve this? Please give me an example
2. The document requires 640*530, but when displayed on a large-size TV, the page will be stretched to look ugly. What should I do? Please provide an example
3. If you want to click on a certain game to run it, how is this implemented on the page? Is it a link to download the game package? Please provide detailed explanation and examples
4. Some icons are in png format, and a black background will appear after being placed on them. Why is this? Solution

The game runs on the built-in browser. Now there is a jar game package. Is it just Just assign the link to the jar and the game will run
