I downloaded a web page template from the Internet, it comes with CSS, now only the problematic part is cut out

.CPanel{ padding:5px; font-size:12px; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;}

The original web page is in gb2312 format, the key code is as follows:
b68100c5ad610b937ca19f067b6b084e
but changed to
3e699caaf6e6e770488e4d2b1c37c321 After that, other styles can be displayed normally, except that the font displayed is not Arial, but the default Song Dynasty (estimated based on the font shape).
May I ask what is going on? How should I modify it so that the previous font style can be displayed normally after changing to utf-8 format.
PS: After changing to utf-8, if you change to other fonts, the default Song style will still be displayed (estimated based on the font shape).
Please help me, thank you very much

If it is a separate css file, please put the css Open the file with Notepad and save it as UTF-8 format

Already tried it, but it still doesn't work. And I just tested it again. It seems that not only the fonts, but also some other styles have changed, but only part of them have changed, which is strange.

I have tried all the above methods, but it doesn’t work. I have added @charset "utf-8" before the CSS;

You can send your css and page code to amxh@21cn.com Let me see

Can you give me a URL so that I can help you analyze the reason?

Try transcoding the html page (using an editor or dw)

I haven’t watched it for a long time, haha. Later I discovered that some of the CSS styles made by my colleagues had grammatical errors, which caused the subsequent CSS to be unrecognizable
