有关不同浏览器不同版本的css以及js计算高度的问题_html/css_WEB-ITnose

1.input在所有浏览器以及所有的版本中，都是定义了高度，然后再定义padding或者border值，这时候都会撑开，高度是本身的高度在padding值和border值
2.select在goole浏览器中以及ie8以上浏览器中，定义的height值包括padding值和border值
3.select在ie8及ie8一下浏览其中，select和input一样，都不包括padding和border值
4.在ie浏览器下和google下，用jquery计算高度的时候，高度是不一样的，另外注意，jquery计算高度包括innerHeight和outerHeight之分
