Website plays video jsp_html/css_WEB-ITnose

I am currently working on a website, made with jsp; there is a requirement: the customer requires uploading an MP4 video in the background, which needs to be displayed on the front page. The background upload function has been completed, and the video can be uploaded to tomcat inside, but the front desk just can’t display it. I also found a plug-in or code online, but it just doesn’t appear;
Could you please tell me, does anyone have any ideas? How to do it specifically? Then do I need to perform relevant configuration on the server?
