I have been learning some piecemeal knowledge, but when it comes to using it systematically, I am really in a hurry. It seems that practice is really important.
I want to make a personal website. The website is mainly similar to a blog. I will publish new technical documents from time to time to record my every step from studying to entering my IT career.
One of the things I want to achieve is that I hope that in the posts I publish, there is a code posting function similar to that now available in major forums. That is, if the articles I publish contain code, I can simply wrap it with the "

" tag, and then after the article is published, there will be an automatic syntax highlighting function (judging from the implementation on Google's blogger, it seems that it is required Some CSS templates available online).
I currently only know the following technologies:
Front-end: HTML CSS Bootstrap JavaScript (JQuery)
Back-end: PHP ASP MySQL
I don’t know how to make it now Is there any good template for my personal website that can quickly achieve the effect I mentioned above? I hope I will avoid some detours and hope that my seniors can show me the way. Thank you.
You can refer to WordPress. For the highlighted one, it can be a js library. There are ready-made ones. You can do it yourself Find it.
You can use open source editors. . . .
Just find a good PHP template and add MYSQL or other sql to make it.
