谢谢你的回答， 可我按照你说的设置了还是不行。我这段代码用的是myeclipse编写的，然后保存之后运行就出现乱码，但是我用记事本编写就正常了，可能是myeclipse哪里设置的问题吧

myeclipse有三处设置编码的地方，
一个是工具本身选项里边设置。
另外一个是alt+enter进去之后当前页面编码设置。
还有就是当前页面的meta标志或Jsp页面上的编码设置，看看这些设置，有没有一致。
最后一个就是数据库的编码，当然静态页面可能就没有这个问题。

charset是属性，不知道你是自己写的还是粘贴过来的
前几天我也遇到了中文乱码的问题，后来发现是因为代码保存的时候的编码格式不是UTF8，因为浏览器的编码格式基本上都是这个，然后我用的是webstorm，在webstorm操作界面右下角有个设置编码格式的，以前没注意到，把那儿编码格式改为utf8乱码就没了。希望对你有所帮助。
