css的组成:选择器,声明=属性与属性值
css的语法:选择器{属性:属性值;}
说明:1)属性和属性值之间用:连接,声明必须要在花括号内
2)一个选择器可以有多个属性,属性和属性之间用;分号隔开。
3)一个属性可以用多个属性值,属性值与属性值之间用空格隔开
meta标签支持html中的全局属性。
http-equiv属性为名称/值对提供了名称。并指示服务器在发送实际的文档之前先要传送给浏览器的mime文档头部包含名称/值对。
