当使用百分比的时候，就会根据当前元素的字体大小计算出line-height，这个时候行高就固定了，下面子元素就继承这个固定的行高，比如上面的代码中，顶部外城div通过百分比计算出行高为24px，那么它的子元素就会继承这个固定值，而不会再根据子元素的字体计算。当使用数字乘积因子的时候，子元素继承的是这个因子，所以会根据子元素的字体大小计算行高。
