vscode中powershell终端满屏红字主因是executionpolicy阻止profile加载，需执行set-executionpolicy remotesigned -scope currentuser -force修复；同时确认profile路径、psreadline版本匹配及chcp 65001启动编码设置。
VSCode 集成 PowerShell 终端时出现满屏红字，90% 不是颜色配置问题，而是 PowerShell 启动失败后抛出的错误堆栈——根源几乎总是 ExecutionPolicy 拦截了 profile 加载或模块自动导入，导致终端无法正常初始化，进而连 Write-Host 这类基础命令都未就绪，错误文本直接以默认红色 ANSI 色输出。

这是最典型的红字源头。PowerShell 默认策略为 Restricted，连本地 profile.ps1 都不许执行，而 VSCode 的 PowerShell 扩展（尤其是 v2024+）会在启动时尝试加载用户 profile 和 PSReadLine 模块——一碰就崩，满屏红字。
- 先确认当前策略：

VSCode 终端左下角显示 pwsh.exe？那它跑的是 PowerShell 7，profile 路径已变——旧路径 $HOME\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\ 下的 Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1 完全不会被读取，但若该文件存在且含语法错误，某些扩展仍会尝试加载并报红字。
- 查真实路径：
$PROFILE（在 VSCode 终端里执行），PowerShell 7 返回类似C:\Users\xxx\Documents\PowerShell\Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1 - 确保

你以为只是红字？其实可能是两件事叠加：PowerShell 启动失败（红字） + 启动后子进程（如 python -c "print('中文')"）因代码页仍是 936 导致输出乱码（□ 或 ?），但乱码字符被终端当错误渲染成红字，加剧视觉混乱。
