1、临时解决办法：在用到的文件开头或时间初始化前面加上：date_default_timezone_set ('PRC');
2、 一劳永逸办法：修改php.ini查找date.timezone去掉前面的分号 ，在= 后面加时间去标识：PRC'，然后重启服务器；
