php中如何写一个触发器

各位大神我有这样一个需求，我有一个数据表，假设里面有a， b两个字段，b字段的值会经常变化，a字段的值=a字段的值+b字段的值。每次b字段的值变化一次就加一次。如何实现这样的需求 ,最好有代码哦~~谢谢！
