只要用户打开网页，就能检测到用户电脑上已经登录的qq（注意是用户电脑上登录的qq），然后获取用户登录的qq号码就行了。不管是js php jsp asp 只要能实现就行了。

刚刚简单研究了一下 应该可以实现的。QQ用的auth权限认证。最后可以读到QQ号的。比较麻烦。跳转了N次。每次都要带上很多cookies。告诉你研究思路
