某个时候曾经看到php有计划出一个移动开发，但是后来不知道发展得怎么样了。
你想用PHP开发移动端的东西现在还是别想了.起码在现在不现实

还不如直接用java开发

理论上说是可以的。

至少有两个途径：

一种是开发手机端的PHP解析；

另外一种我也不是很确定??因为我没有玩过……但是我知道至少像Titanium这样的IDE是可以让你用PHP来开发mobile应用的。

什么是手机端的PHP解析？

完全可以，你搜下关于 sl4a 相关资料。
需要在你手机装个脚本解释器，然后再把php程序装上去。

php可以开发android应用程序。

完全可以嘛，PHP是服务器语言，和客户端有毛线关系阿，好多手游的服务器都是PHP写的
