PHP开发CGI网站？貌似没有这个功能吧，cgi只是解析方面的。
PHP只能开发WEB网站，html php js混和。
可以写 CLI
php 可以描述任何你可以想象到的任务
但 php 并不适合做 web 应用之外的工作
