没玩过，刚搜了一下，有个网站，http://phpforandroid.net/doku.php 参考一下
若干年前只在IPAD上装了个手册的人飘过 哈哈哈
有个东西叫 SL4A (Scripting Layer For Android)，python是可以在上面跑的，也支持PHP
