乱码 UTF-8 图片
上传一个图片，文件名是自定义的，UTF8格式，但是保存到电脑上文件名就成了乱码，请问怎么解决回复讨论(解决方案)
你在 gbk 环境中，用 utf-8 编码的文件名建文件，当然是“乱码”的
