求思路。。关于添加视频链接以及缩略图的问题

如题，是添加视频的swf地址，标题，视频缩略图等信息，可以同时添加多条关联的视频信息，
点击添加关联视频的话，是多出来一条输入标题，swf以及缩略图的输入框。
现在的问题是，添加的时候我能够实现，但是编辑的话，我怎么在这个页面判断哪条的信息发生了变化，单独更新这条记录呢。特别是缩略图信息，就是新选择了缩略图，更新缩略图，没选的话，保持原来的图片不变呢

后端的判断直接update

我怎么在这个页面判断哪条的信息发生了变化

原来的信息用js存起来，点击更新的时候用新的和原来的对比，不同的传给后台做update
