两个不同表之间的字段怎么关联插入

user表字段有

id username password e-mail

mibao表字段有

id e-mail q1 q2 q3

我想实现的效果是让user表和密保表的 e-mail字段保持一致，这应该怎么实现？
创建表上还有什么需要改善的么？求大神指点~~~

我最终目的是通过邮箱验证后跳转到密保页面填写密保全正确后获得密码。

可考虑使用外键，不过约束太多，你可能无法管理
也可考虑使用触发器
简单点就是插入user表后立即插入mibao表

具体怎么实现呢？email字段插入user表之后再插入mibao表。。

email 在注册的时候就插入user表和mibao表，你这个id应该都是userid 为什么不在一张表呢
