phpunit问题

安装了PHPUnit以及PHPUnit_Selenium
在php目录下可以使用phpunit命令
但是在web目录下却不可使用，出现.php.exe不是内部命令或外部命令错误
path环境变量已设置
搜索了很长时间没解决，请问这是什么问题？

解决。
修改php安装目录下phpunit.bat的php路径
