求师傅~对于这个课题本人感到很是头痛，由于不是计算机专业的，对这方面研究也很少，所以学起来有些吃力，希望哪位对PHP精通的大神帮帮我啊~~~

有很多开源的程序，网上找一下，

不知道你说的具体是什么，一般像你说的这个应该是两种东西
1 OA办公平台
这个容易网上很多代码。
如果你有基础，先安装学习一套，基本上就OK了
2 工作流引擎
很麻烦...
如果你没有好的基础，好的思路，好的团队，那么建议不要尝试...

是OA办公，不尝试也不行啊~这是老师规定的课题，说实话跟我专业没半毛钱的关系。。。这个数据库的连接文件是怎么写？要连接MYSQL的，不要acess也不要用PDO啥的~
