关于支付宝的API问题，请高手指点~

我想实现这样的功能：比如我的网站提供一个签到的功能，然后积分达到一定的数额用户就可以申请支付宝现金支付，用户光提供他的支付宝账号给我的话，我可以在服务器端对他的付款请求用支付宝的API来实现吗？而不是通过手动支付给他。
目前看到两个接口：一个是alipay.ebpp.bill.add（创建账单），另一个是alipay.ebpp.bill.pay（支付账单），感觉应该用这两个接口，可是我发现这两个接口里边都没有支付宝账号这个参数，希望懂的大神帮忙解释解释，小弟谢过了！！！

支付宝提供的是商户接口即 1对n收款的不是n对n付款，你所想实现的功能不可能

除非用户先充值到你账号里，再用你账号为他付款

你想实现的这个功能只能用集分宝来实现，支付宝是不会提供直接支付的API滴
