好像很多主机都禁用了 fsockopen fpsockopen 这个函数能拿来干什么

流量，有fsockopen/curl/socket之类都可以写个php当proxy用
fsockopen 可以绕过http协议完成一些可能是非法的工作
出于安全的考虑，禁用 fsockopen 是再正常不过的事情了
