如果公司分别有.NET和php的开发小组，领导要求php开发过程中源代码管理必须全部使用微软的TFS，不能使用Svn或Git，大家遇到这样的事会怎么处理？

作为一个敬业的员工，如果领导没有说出他的原因为什么这样做的话，我觉得你应该跟领导说明你的想法。

一个工具而已，用TFS就是了。

低调做事，不去计较，自己喜欢和自己在公司用什么不是一回事，习惯就好。在私下里，你可以保留自己的风格，自己的脾气。
