用wamp打开php工程项目无法连接数据库

我刚用wamp来打开写好的php网站项目但是报错这是咋回事，以前没怎么用过wamp，难道是代码有问题？

但是这个在我们公司的服务器上就没有出现错误，现在只是转移到我本人的机器上了，会不会是我的wamp里面有些配置没弄好？
