codeigniter 新建类 404 Page Not Found

根据手册里例子，
http://codeigniter.org.cn/user_guide/tutorial/static_pages.html
在controllers里新建个pages.php,但是好像系统找不到这个类，认不出来
如果把welcomeb.php删掉，那么系统就提示NOT FOUND ，
就进行不了了
