apache启动不了，并行配置不正确

在新装的Window Server2008系统上，安装Wamp的开发环境，然后打开后发现启动不了Apache，提示如下
按照网上看到的先关闭了IIS，又安装了Vc++2013库，但是还是不行，求大神指导

按照网上的指导 我把Vc+2013卸载了，重装了Vc++2008和.net 重启 OK了
