公司要求要在淘宝开发平台做一个卖家短信提醒功能（物流提醒、发货提醒之类的）应该怎么实现？淘宝开发平台怎么写应用的？是自己（php）写一个网站上传，还是直接调用它的api呢？调用api要怎么调用呢？一般的淘宝应用时怎么实现的呢？

公司有一个短信发送平台（php网站类型），老板想整到淘宝里面去，求帮助。。。

之前有规划过这样的功能
1.结合淘宝开放平台的API取得订单信息
2.根据1返回的信息执行发送短信消息的功能（调用短信接口）

其实都简单.
