xampp+mediawiki,页面显示不正常的问题

在虚拟机中使用xampp搭建mediawiki环境，虚拟机中访问正常，但是在本机使用ip地址访问页面就不正常了，但是访问xampp的首页是正常的，是不是能说明php没问题。
不知道原因请教大家。谢谢

虚拟机和我的机器都是是windowsXP环境，浏览器IE，在别人的机器访问页面也是乱的。
初步怀疑是xampp的配置问题，没弄过这个，特来请教下

不正常的页面是因为 css 文件没有加载成功的原因，你在浏览器中右键查看网页源代码检查一下

如果是css没有加载，可能的原因是什么，服务器端php要配置什么权限么

问题自己解决了.
安装wiki时，在虚拟机里面访问wiki页面安装就会有这个问题。在局域网其他机器通过Ip访问wiki的安装页安装后，就没有这个问题了。
看起来是wiki安装过程中有自己的处理吧。
