PHP短连接怎么做

我PHP写好了 根据1个长连接变成了短连接
但是这个短连接访问就该页无法显示了 。。。。怎么办

例如长链接是
http://www.example.com
短链接是
http://t.cn/abcd
你要访问到，首先t.cn是你的域名，才可以访问。
不是你随便生成一个短链接就可以用的。
php uid 写入数据库，字段区分大小写 网址对应另一个字段，
访问时查询 uid ，然后再 header 到 指定的网站
