想用php做一个友链程序,别人站访问我站1次，我还他3次，该怎么设计啊?

别人是指他通过他的友情链接过来，还是通过网其他方法链接过来。
友情链接过来
是友情链接过来的，根据$_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']获取对面的url，然后再通过其他方式自动访问3次就好。。
