我想 print_r 传过来的CSV文件内容
print_r($_FILES);
应该会有type,name,error,size等信息
但出来的结果是 array();

是哪里写错了吗？

enctype="multipart/form-data" 原来是没写 这个属性 写完之后就有数据了
