我是刚参加PHP工作的新手，发现工作中有很多自己不知道的东西，现在发现自己不足的地方太多了，一边想先看看手册，又觉得手册看了没多大用，不知道该怎么提高，求各位前辈给我点中肯且适合我的意见，谢谢！

先看看资料，知道一些概念，做什么用的，知道怎么用，然后看代码，再跟着代码访着写
不知道的就百度查，配合手册，多动手
