如果你有管理主机的权限，可以在服务器上安装一个查杀后台木马和后门的软件，我用的是360卫士（我不是广告君），文件比较小，也占用不了内存。然后还要设置你网站文件的权限。
这是我服务器上运行的。以前查过很多文件有木马和漏洞。
如果是虚拟主机，就要补你网站的漏洞，安装最新的程序。
