网站无法访问

我在阿里云买了服务器，搭建了一个lamp网站，昨天还能访问，今天突然不行了。
机器正常，apache和php进程也都在。

没有备案被屏蔽了？
1. 本地服务器访问，确认是否正常
2. 本地端口80是否开启
3. 外网域名，确认指向是否无误
4. 域名备案检查
