git安装window7下出现的问题

从官网下载的最新版本git-1.9.2-preview版本，安装在另一台win7下没有此错误，但是安装在其中一台出现了这个错误，
一直没搞明白，我安装选择的是windows下的环境，并没有选择unix的环境安装，翻看了一些网站，没有解决方法，其中有的说
版本号已经过时了，但我下载的是最新的，之前安装一直没出现这个问题；
如果解决，不胜感谢！
