下载的php网站本地调试页面跳转问题

我从网上下载了一个PHP模板，想在本地调试一下。
打开页面中链接时谷歌的F12会爆粗，然后跳出另存为一个默认文件名为index.php的文件。
如图所示

想问下大神我是哪里出了问题呢？

请用本地环境http://localhost路径访问
你这是请求的文件地址，你的环境要是搭建好了就应该用http://localhost或者http://127.0.0.1这种路径访问
